These Terms of Service govern your use of the Purple Rain Galore ("PRG", "we", "us", or "our") website, programmes, contact forms, HR service links, media pages, application forms, and donation features. By using this website, submitting information, applying, or donating, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Use of the Website

• You must use the website lawfully and respectfully.
• You must not attempt to bypass security, access admin areas without permission, disrupt the website, submit malicious files, or misuse contact/application forms.
• You must provide accurate information when submitting enquiries, applications, donations, or HR requests.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any content, documents, images, videos, or links you submit are lawful and that you have the right to share them.

Applications and Programme Participation

PRG may review applications for eligibility, completeness, fit, authenticity, and programme needs. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection, funding, mentorship, media exposure, employment, partnership, or any other outcome.

We may reject, pause, remove, or disqualify any application or participant where information is false, incomplete, misleading, unlawful, abusive, unsafe, violates third-party rights, or conflicts with programme requirements.

Media Consent and Submitted Content

Where you agree to be filmed, photographed, interviewed, broadcast, or featured, you grant PRG permission to use your name, likeness, voice, story, business details, images, video, and submitted materials for programme operations, judging, promotion, education, media, and archive purposes. Any specific production agreement or release form may add further terms.

Donations and Payments

• Donations are processed through Paystack. PRG does not store your card number or card security code.
• Donation records may be created before payment is completed and then updated after Paystack verification or webhook confirmation.
• Unless clearly stated otherwise, donations are voluntary contributions to support PRG programmes, grants, mentorship, media, and operations.
• Refund requests, duplicate payment reports, or payment disputes should be sent to PRG with the Paystack reference and donor email. Refunds are handled at PRG's discretion and subject to payment-provider, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal requirements.

HR Services

HR pages may direct job seekers and employers to contact PRG through WhatsApp or email. PRG may help connect people and opportunities, but does not guarantee job placement, candidate suitability, employer decisions, interview outcomes, compensation, contract terms, or continued employment.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to or integrate third-party services including Paystack, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, email providers, and other partners. We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, content, downtime, payment processing decisions, or security practices after you leave our website or use their services.

Intellectual Property

PRG branding, website design, text, graphics, programme names, videos, photos, and other materials are owned by PRG or used with permission, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, republish, sell, misrepresent, or exploit our materials without permission.

Website content is for general information, empowerment, and programme communication. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment, investment, medical, or professional advice.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We work to keep the website available, accurate, and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, selection into any programme, funding, job placement, or specific results. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PRG will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the website or participation in PRG services.
